If you are having problems placing your order online, please review the below list of common variables. If you find that all of the variables are not relevant to your order, please contact us via the Contact Us page.
Problem Solvers
- Once logged in to make a purchase, payment must be entered and made promptly, so that the system does not time out. In addition to being a secure web site, this feature is in place to ensure extra security
- The Billing address entered on screen must be the corresponding Billing address for the credit card
- If shipping a gift to a different address, please ensure the billing address is not the shipping address
- All American Express card payments must provide the 4-digit security code on the front of the card online in the Card Security field
- All Visa, Master Card and Discover card payments must provide the 3-digit security code on the back of the card online in the Card Security field
- Online Gift Consulting orders are not processed if payment is not made
- If a red message appears stating that we do not have your desired quantity or we are out of stock for a gift, please contact us via the Contact Us page, so that we can assist you.
