It seems unthinkable now, but when I was younger and living in the small town of Lebanon, OH, I kept my deep desires quiet.  I didn't speak up about my true feelings.  Even during my personal trials, I always had a deep burning to express my love, but I didn't, because I had a fear of rejection.  I often acted tough, bold and “together,” but inside I had desire to hug, laugh and give.  With God’s help, I made a promise to myself that when I "grew up," I would show who I really was and share my love of giving in the secret creative ways I had thought of.

One of my favorite speakers often comments, “Make your messes your ministry.”  And that’s exactly what I am doing with ThinkThoughtful.com.  I launched the business to use my talent for giving to help others who feel stuck, busy, lack ideas or in my past life, feel like rejection might be involved.  Over many years and throughout every career, I have always seemed to develop unique ideas, methods and thoughts on how to show one's intentions and feelings in any personal or business situation.  Now I am speaking out loud and ready to give back, thus...Think Thoughtful, Inc.   

My life continues to unfold in many positive ways.  I am now inspired and in love with the world (and my wonderful husband)!  So, my new story is to help others, speak up, give big and Think Thoughtful!

President, Rhonda N. Grote

Affectionately called the "Guru of Giving" by her fans, Rhonda Grote is also the Creator and President of Think Thoughtful, Inc.  Likewise, she personally manages the growing staff of ThinkThoughtful.com Creative Consultants located across the country.

A devoted wife, sister, daughter, friend, radio host and professional speaker, Rhonda was raised in the small town of Lebanon, Ohio where she got her start in creative giving when faced with her own gift challenge when only 13 years old. At that time, she did not have much money to give a nice gift for her cousin's 16th birthday party. Yet, after a little creative thinking she quickly rummaged around her house to find an unused photo album. She then inserted several photos of herself and her cousin together. And beside each photo she included a special hand-written message that expressed her adoring love and well-wishes to her cousin as she turned 16. (Her cousin still cherishes the photo album to this day)!

From that moment forward, Rhonda's professional career has always involved creative giving.

Rhonda has provided private wedding and gift consulting, while owning The Bride & Groom of Hyde Park in Cincinnati, OH. She was also hired by Convergys Corporation as their Direct Marketing Specialist to specifically use her talent to communicate with executive level customers and prospects through creative marketing and giving. Likewise, Rhonda has worked with other corporate clients which include: Cintas, Deloitte, HSR Business-to-Business, hyperQUAKE, Restoration House of Worship, Scripps Networks (HGTV, DIY, Food Network, Fine Living), Reynolds and Reynolds, Rubbermaid and Vertical Solutions, just to name a few.

Whether the gift initiative was needed for personal or business matters, Rhonda has always had a unique talent to create numerous heart-felt and strategic gift ideas that serve the communication and intention of others. She has now propelled that talent to launch a leading gift consulting company, Think Thoughtful, Inc., which was created to assist men and women by changing their focus from giving gifts based on personal likes, to concentrating on what recipients will truly value, appreciate and cherish.

"The key to creative giving is to shift the focus from one's self, to others," says Rhonda. "By compiling creative thinking and unique research methods, our staff can provide inspired giving ideas to those who are seeking to delight someone very special. And it's all obtainable online and highly confidential."

Think Thoughtful employs private Creative Consultants across the country and is headquartered in Bradenton, Florida, where Rhonda lives with her husband, Greg, cat, Samantha, and dog, Caymus.  Rhonda also serves on the Board of PACE Center for Girls and is a member of the American Business Women's Association (ABWA).
